Mr. P. Manjunath is a first generation entrepreneur, a mechanical engineer from Regional Engineering College, Surathkal.

He has about 33 years of Industrial experience in diverse products like, PCBs, mattresses, tool room, assemblies for electronic & telecom industries, etc., having expertise in turning around projects into profitable ones.

He is the key person behind the establishment and growth of Ascent Circuits, having sound knowledge in technical know-how and financial management.

Widely traveled with excellent knowledge about market, process, and international trend.

He has been trained abroad in many countries in process, manufacturing and other areas.

Mr. G. Shankar Ram is also an entrepreneur with graduation in mechanical engineering from Regional Engineering College, Surathkal.

He is known to peers and colleagues as an astute businessman having about 33 years of Industrial experience in products like PCBs, mattresses, etc.

He spotted an untapped opportunity when the branded mattress segment in the country boomed.

With the concept of an ancillary, not used too often in this segment, he ventured to establish what is now a 100 employee rubberized coir manufacturing unit at Hosur in Tamil Nadu.

His keen business acumen was at play again when the opportunity to be part of the PEPS revolution came by.
